Senior Voice Based Collections Executive

Minimum Requirements:

• Should have worked in a call center environment primarily in collections process.
• Should be responsible for communicating with clients for Account receivables
• Should be willing to work in U.S shift.
• Should have 2+ years experience in voice based call center
• Excellent communication skills and Ms-Office tools.

Senior Voice based Receptionist

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in IT/IT services company as front office executive
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages
• Making calls, fixing appointments, booking airline/train reservations etc.
• Respond to public enquiries
• Maintain general filing, respond to public enquiries
• Providing secretarial support and administrative support to Management
